Submitting a print-ready file correctly the first time saves you time, money, and frustration. Follow these guidelines to ensure your artwork meets our press specifications and arrives looking exactly as intended.
Export as PDF with colors in CMYK mode for accurate ink reproduction. Set resolution to 300 DPI for standard prints—or 100 DPI for large-format items like banners.
All images must be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size. Low-resolution images will appear blurry or pixelated when printed. For large-format banners and posters viewed from a distance, 150–300 DPI is acceptable.
Keep all text and critical elements at least 5 mm inside the trim line. Only backgrounds and full-bleed images should extend into the bleed area.
Ensure that all design files are set to CMYK color mode. Even when using CMYK, colors can appear differently because each device—such as phones, tablets, and monitors—has its own display settings and brightness levels. As a result, the same file may look different across multiple devices. Before final print, we recommend reviewing a physical proof to ensure accurate color matching.
Embed all fonts in your file or convert text to outlines/curves before sending. Missing fonts will be substituted, which can alter your layout significantly. The minimum recommended text size for print is 6 pt.
